As some of you will know, I have had a few changers in my life recently. After 17-years in private practice, the time came for a change.
I am delighted to announce that I have accepted the position of chief economist with Windermere Services Company. In this capacity I will be able to focus on interpreting the economy and its impact on the real estate market on both a local and national level for the Firm and their 7,000 agents.
Windermere continues to expand its footprint and I look forward to assisting leadership with ongoing expansion plans as well as to focus on the needs of their agents across 11 states.
This is a very exciting opportunity for me but still tinged with a little melancholy. I will miss my clients, but will continue to watch their developments grow with great interest and much admiration.
